Heaven Scent Hounds is a locally owned kennel and breeding facility for American Kennel Club registered Bloodhounds located in the Tidewater area of Virginia. We have many years of experience raising and training hound breeds including Beagles and Basset Hounds. We look forward to providing you with the best possible family pets.  

We have just had a litter of 9 pups, 5 male & 4 female, born on 4/5/10, they will be available in 8 weeks, if you are looking to own an AKC Registered Bloodhound, then contact us.

Our other female maybe having her own litter as well in a few days!!

Someone decided to sneak them in early, she got into the garage and hid from everyone!

Our Mission

We would like the Bloodhound breed to be recognized for its many contributions to the canine community.  First, they are beautiful and loyal family pets and companions.  Bloodhounds are outstanding as therapy and assistance dogs and, of course, prove invaluable for their work in search and rescue.
